With the game of Baseball becoming more popular and those pursuing representative opportunities Newcastle Baseball, NSW Country Baseball, Baseball NSW and Australia have well structured representative programs. These programs beginning with the U10’s Zooka and programs through to National Little League at older ages. With the Australian Baseball League’s affiliation with Major League Baseball in the US, the opportunities are only limited to what one can achieve.
Our representative programs aim to provide our elite athletes the opportunity to play at a higher level, while still learning the basic skills of the game.
Normally, the representative season runs from October through to April.
We take great pride in the expertise of our coaches, with all our coaching team fully accredited. All our support staff have current Working with Children Certificates. We also encourage our senior players to give back and coach some of our younger teams.
